Becoming an "all-round player" in the music industry

I worked on actual productions doing artist management as a research student while still enrolled in school. And just like that I received an offer of employment. A manager's job includes managing the artist's schedule as well as being involved with creating concepts for albums and PV productions. You also attend concerts. A manager could be called an all-round player in the music industry. I want to gain experience in Japan's music industry and someday contribute to the music industry in Korea.
